The setting was lovely, close enough to one suitable restaurant open in the evening and the town centre. My room was comfy, with central heating, flat-screen television, and a study table.
The room was somewhat small, made me a little nervous.

They were cozy and welcoming, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were so comfortable, and the flat-screen TV was a great added bonus for relaxing in the evenings. The private bathroom was clean and well-stocked with free toiletries, making it feel like a home away from home. We loved every minute of our stay!
Personally, I found the idea of having a wake-up call a bit unnecessary. But hey, I realize that some people might appreciate it for early morning activities.

overall, our stay in massiac was lovely, and les portes du cantal exceeded our expectations. the comfortable sheets and bed made for a great night's sleep, and the hotel was easy to find from the motorway. although there weren't many amenities in town, the location was perfect for exploring.
One disappointment was the restaurant experience. the machines made it complicated to order and pay for food, with no staff available.

The room at Les Portes Du Cantal was absolutely amazing! The flat-screen TV kept me entertained, and having a private bathroom with free toiletries made me feel pampered. As someone with physical handicaps, I appreciated the en-suite bathroom and the option for a wake-up call. It truly made my stay comfortable and convenient.
Personally, I found the lack of a hairdryer in the room a bit inconvenient. But hey, that's just me!

Conveniently located off the motorway with easy parking, making it ideal for a stopover. Comfortable beds and sheets provided a good night's sleep. Friendly staff, particularly the work experience student on the front desk. Only one restaurant open in the vicinity during our visit, but overall a pleasant stay.

We had a pleasant stay at a hotel near the motorway and the town centre. the hotel was partly open due to building work, but the staff, especially the friendly young lad at the front desk, made up for it. Although there weren't many amenities in the town, we found one suitable restaurant open in the evening. the location was great for a stopover en route to Spain, and we were impressed with the comfortable sheets and bed. It was easy to find from the motorway and parking was convenient. We also enjoyed taking a walk around the lovely town of Massiac. Cons: Nothing it was perfect! 😊.

This hotel is conveniently located close to the town center, making it easy to explore and find amenities. The friendly staff at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful, providing excellent service. The room was comfortable and clean, with comfortable beds and a well-maintained bathroom. Additionally, the breakfast provided a good variety of options and was served promptly.
The hotel could benefit from some renovations to improve its appearance and overall atmosphere.
